Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort to open Friday, November 23rd.
Las Vegas, Nov. 21st, 2007: Opening Day for the 2007-2008 season is scheduled for Friday, November 23rd!
Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort will open our beginner area this Friday. Guests will enjoy discounted pricing on tickets, equipment and instruction while we operate on limited terrain.
Come up and enjoy this holiday weekend with your friends at LVSSR!
The Bristlecone Bar and BBQ will be in full service.
Scenic chair rides will be available this Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Chair 1.
This is a perfect opportunity for those folks who don't participate in skiing or snowboarding to enjoy the mountain. Dress warm.
Snowmaking is cranking tonight with low temperatures expected throughout this holiday weekend.
Crews are making snow on The Strip, an intermediate run, with 100% of our snowmaking efforts scheduled for this area as soon as possible.
No sledding or snowplay activities are available.
More terrain will open at the ski resort as soon as conditions allow.
