Ski Area Reopening Tomorrow
**Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort will REOPEN the gate this Friday at 9am!**
"We had to give it our best to reopen before our sister resort Boreal beat us to the punch! In the morning, Chair 3 might have to open 5 minutes earlier just come out ahead!" - Brian Strait, LVSSR General Manager "There is so much snow out here its ridicules!"
Beginner terrain on Rabbit Peak is scheduled to be open along with scenic rides on Chair 1.
We will offer tickets and lessons at a discounted rate while open on limited terrain.
All base facilities will be open between 9am and 4pm including: The Sport Shop, Equipment Rental, Bristlecone Bar and Big Horn Cafe.
** Please Note** _LVSSR is currently scheduled to be closed Monday through Thursday. Once conditions allow, more terrain will open for winter fun._
Take advantage of this great opportunity to get on the snow. Round up your friends that want to learn to ride and ski while pricing is at its lowest level.
Darkside Parks reports that brand new rails and boxes will be ready to ride in the Bunny Park! These features are similiar to a skateboard park with many different types of features to snowboard over.
Snowmaking is cranking tonight with low temperatures expected to continue for the next few nights. More terrain will open at the ski resort as soon as conditions allow.
No sledding or snowplay activities are available.
